SECURITY OFFICER SCREENING
•	Screening to beyond BS 7858 standard as well as an SIA screening prior to licensing
•	Employment screening policy to 10 years
•	Screening policy utilises unemployment benefit office information
•	Telephone interview
•	Interview - completion of application form
•	Past employment confirmation form
•	Data protection act form
•	Personal and professional references also required
•	Enhanced Disclosure Document (CRB) completed for exceptional screening contracts

SECURITY OFFICER TRAINING
•	SIA training and exam to the government licence standards including conflict management
•	Induction training to the company
•	Assignment training before commencement of duties
•	Specialised first aid and/or fire fighting when necessary
•	City & guilds qualification opportunities
•	Training to NVQ opportunities
•	Ongoing training and assessment by management (reports on personal files)

•	Checkable work history to 10 years
•	Physically fit

•	Without criminal convictions
•	Valid SIA Licence
